This form should be used by registered Competitive Service Providers (CSP) operating in AEP’s Virginia territory to enroll new customers into the Appalachian Power Company (APCo) Electric Choice Program.
Please provide the following information about your organization.
Once APCo has received a Customer Enrollment Form a validation process will occur. After validation, the CSP will receive a Confirmation or Rejection email notification. Further requirements for rejected enrollments will be communicated to the CSP Contact Email address.
By the submission of this form, the registered Virginia CSP affirms that they have permission from the APCo customer named above to enroll them in APCo’s Virginia Customer Choice Program.
