Winter Storm Fern wreaked havoc on our comany's three-state service territory.
At the storm’s peak, 44,500 customers were without power. Thousands of personnel and contractors worked around the clock in icy, hazardous conditions to assess damage, make temporary repairs and complete permanent restorations.
Dispatch, operations centers, logistics, vegetation crews, safety teams, communications and administrative staff provided essential support to keep restoration efforts moving. Mutual-aid partners and contractors helped accelerate work in the hardest-hit areas.
Safety remained the top priority and crews took extra steps to keepthemselves and you safe while working to restore service as quickly as possible.
